At the age of 34, he was appointed as General Manager of Grey Taiwan, one of the famous 4A advertising companies, and thus became the youngest manager in Taiwan's top ten advertising companies at that time.

Under Mr. Chang's leadership, Grey witnessed its revenue increasing from 700 million NT dollars to 3 billion NT dollars in Taiwan with its market ranking rising from No.12 to No. 3. Ltd., Mitsubishi, Uni-President, Mars, SmithKline, CPC, etc. With his business activities extending over the whole Greater China Area, Mr. Chang accumulated deep knowledge and rich experience in Mainland China's advertisement market.

Mr. Chang joined SINA in February 2001 and was appointed as Vice President of SINA Greater China Area Union, responsible for marketing and sales in Taiwan. "We believe, with Chang's joining, our advertisement sales team will greatly enhance their ability to provide integrative online marketing solution for our business customers. On top of that, SINA's leading position in brand identity will be further strengthened."

At the appointment, Mr. Chang said, "The Mainland China market is the most important part of the global market. I will be engaged in normalizing the management of the marketing and sales team and strengthening SINA's brand advantage in Mainland China, contributing an even greater effort to SINA's sales performance in this area."

Under the strategy of "Integrating with Traditional Industries and Exploiting Internet Business Potentials", SINA has been taking efforts in the second half of 2001 to upgrade the management of its marketing and sales team in order to improve their business proficiency. Many professional managers with rich experience in market development have been attracted from traditional enterprises to join SINA.

Mr. Yen had worked in renowned high tech companies like HP and Lotus before he joined SINA in 1998.
